What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery for a exchange. Please note that some items are in final sale.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over 6000Rs. For orders under 3000Rs, a flat rate of 199Rs applies for Standard Shipping.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We are so sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem and send you a replacement.
